The Windows 7 in the OS installation drive (Usually C:\). There are 'Documents and Settings' folder that state hidden and read protected. You may moving files and every folder into it but you may not click to view inside of it.

Trust me it looking panic in the first place, and you are geeky enough by showing hidden files and system folder, until you realize that the folder is alias with C:\Users on the same drive. and it was the same content in it. Your moved/copy files and folder will be there.
If you running as administrator you can try to change folder permission using advance button in folder security tab (guided by not recommended). This folder was create by system and use to make it compatible with older applications.
